Paddle Wheel

A new concept for an acrylic toy!  This is a large, BIG FOOT (double acrylics) wagon wheel which freely moves over an acrylic tube that is filled with bells, and hangs like a swing so there's lots of motion.  The toy is 6" wide and the sliding wagon wheel  is 4" wide with a 3" diameter!  A great toy for even the biggest of beaks!
