All three sizes are stainless steel buckets.  The small has #4 plastic chain, pacifiers, colorful aluminum bells and plastic dangles inside.  The medium has nickel plated, welded chain, aluminum bells, larger beads and lots of dangles.  The large has spoons (makes a sound like clackers in a bell), JUMBO plastic chain, jumbo pacifiers and large plastic pieces.  A long lasting toy with a size that fits most Busy Beaks in your house!
