Stainless steel chain is in the center of this toy which has 1/8" vegetable tanned leather strips "arms" with colorful wooden balls, lots of woven shredable material, angled beads and faceted pacifiers.  As with all Scooter Zs' toys, all the hardware (including the bell on the bottom) is stainless steel ... there is a stainless steel quick link on top for easy hanging!  Designed for those smaller to mid sized beaks in your house for a ringing good time!
