This toy from Scooter Z's starts with a 3" diameter acrylic mirror with six 1/8" vegetable tanned leather strips adorned with pony beads.  There's a plastic "O" ring connecting to a 2.5mm stainless steel quick link for easy hanging.  Be sure to remove the protective film from mirror before using!  What fun for the smaller beaks in your house!
